ModerateRareThe standard Tuareg 660 (2022-2024) has documented forum reports of a missing shim/spacer defect in the Kayaba fork's compression damping stack. The Rally shares Kayaba fork lineage (off-road-tuned version with linear-rate springs rather than the standard's progressive-rate springs), but no Rally-specific reports of this defect were found during this research, likely because the Rally had only recently begun shipping to customers as of the research date. This is included as a watch item, not a confirmed issue for the Rally.

The standard (non-Rally) Tuareg 660 did have a 2024 model year, but it only received color updates that year, per Aprilia's own EICMA MY2024 page.
