Questions before you book.

Why call it a Design Review, not consulting?: Because that's what it is. Consulting implies an open-ended engagement and advice you can take or leave. A Design Review ends in a professional go/no-go judgment — the same shape as a flight readiness review or an engineering design review before a project proceeds. You get a verdict, not a menu of opinions.
How do I pay?: Bank transfer preferred, Stripe available on request. Full payment details are on your invoice.
What's the refund policy?: If you finish the 90-minute conversation and don't have at least three changes you plan to make, email within 24 hours and I refund in full. No forms.
Do I have to use the Expedition Planner first?: No. Running your plan through the Expedition Planner before we speak saves us the first fifteen minutes, but the Review works without it. Most first-timers use both.
Do you take referrals?: Yes. If your Review helps someone in your riding group and they book too, the second Review is at Founding rate regardless of remaining count.
Can I gift a Review?: Yes. Get in touch — I'll issue a voucher tied to the recipient with no expiry inside 24 months.
