Side stand switch failure due to pivot bolt loosening (NHTSA Recall 16V-891)

This can prevent the motorcycle from starting when parked, cause it to stall unexpectedly while riding, or in the worst case allow the bike to be ridden with the stand down, increasing the risk of the stand contacting the ground or road surface during a turn.
