No through travel expected on Jasper Highway 93A

Parks Canada expects Highway 93A (Wabasso Road) to be accessible from the south entrance only, with no through travel, from mid-September to mid-November 2026. The timing is tentative and may change without notice.

Before relying on the route: Do not rely on Highway 93A as a through route near the Jasper end of the Icefields Parkway. Check Alberta 511 and Parks Canada before departure and use the main signed approach unless current authorities confirm otherwise.
