Evidence, conditions and limits.

Breakstate records the product identity, intended application, evidence reviewed, test or use conditions, observed limitations and date of assessment. A label applies only to the scope and evidence stated. It is not blanket approval of a brand, product family or later product revision.

Evidence may include direct field use, controlled testing, manufacturer documentation, authoritative technical records and clearly identified third-party reports. Direct use by one tester is evidence of that experience, not proof of universal performance. Anecdotal reports are identified and do not replace authoritative evidence.

Products, specifications, manufacturing, instructions and recalls can change. Users must check the exact model, version, fitment, instructions, limitations and current safety notices. Breakstate may revise or withdraw a record when evidence changes.

You are responsible for selecting, fitting, maintaining and using a product, and for obtaining qualified advice where required. A product record does not replace manufacturer instructions, inspection, training, professional advice or your own assessment.

A supplier link or commission does not buy a positive assessment or placement. Commercial status must be disclosed beside the relevant link. Read the Affiliate Disclosure.
